First capsule hotel appeared in Lucerne
The first capsule hotel was opened in Lucerne. It is located at the 5th floor of Hirschengraben Coworking, 5 minutes from Central Train station and Kappelbrucke, a famous wooden bridge, a landmark of the city.
Inspired by innovative Japanese capsule hotels, the owners of the Swiss one could turn it into a truly tech-space to have a rest. There are separate capsules for men and women with individual ventilation, mood lightning, mirrors, USB-charging stations and Wi-Fi. Capsules could help to reduce the costs while staying in Switzerland. Accommodation in a single relax capsule will cost CHF 38, relax capsule with TV – CHF 42.
